Today we were able to take a special trip up into the mountains to observe and marvel at the incredible Arecibo Observatory. A project funded in part by NASA, the Arecibo Observatory is the second largest telescope in the world (in part made famous by the James Bond movie, "Goldeneye"). On our our way home we stopped off to experience some of the local cuisine, empanadillas.
